I grind my own beans and use a French press, so there’s more oil and higher quality; it doesn’t make me pee more than normal. However, any time I drink the Folgers at work, one cup makes me have to go two or three times. Is it the lack of oil from it being filtered or do they add cheap fillers that have something to do with it?

Caffeine has two major effects on the human body. One, it acts as a stimulant, ramping up heart rate, dilating blood vessels, etc. Two, it acts as a diuretic, causing the kidneys to put more water into the urine than normal, filling the bladder faster. Folgers does this more so because of the amount of water in the blend. Cheaper the coffee the less oil in it to keep it from passing faster.

Ok, I don’t want to give you 3 paragraphs of information you wont read. SOO… I’ll make it shorter. Coffee makes you wake up by giving you artifical energy. This artifical energy it give you has special properties that makes your body work a little faster. Also accelerating your bladders in-take of pee.
